SpeakEasy’s Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SpeakEasy Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
- All orders during regular business hours are processed within 48 hours, but orders after hours, weekends and holidays may take up to 72 hours. You should receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is placed. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam mail. This is especially important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive an email with the shipping notification and tracking information.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SpeakEasy Boutique LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
We appreciate your business. Our return policy is EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY! All items must have original tags attached to garment and must not have been worn or washed. Customer must have receipt. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it and notify us right away if you have any issues at the following email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once we receive your item(s) back, you will be notified via email that you have received your store credit. Your store credit will reflect your purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Any SALE Items
- Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
- Hair accessories
